D3O Smart Skin is a lightweight and low profile impact protection layer that can be directly applied to fabrics such as base layer or gloves, worn beneath an outer garment.

The process involves encasing D3O protective foams within a thin TPU layer that provides excellent surface finish, colour options and water resistance.

Available in a range of existing shapes or in a bespoke geometry developed specifically for a particular application, D3O Smart Skin can be applied by the customer to wherever they need protection.
